Tensor Hydraulic Cutting Tools

The Swedish company, Tensor, has developed a range of hydraulic cutting tools specifically designed for HARD WIRE applications. Spring Wire, Piano Wire, Ball Bearing Wire, Chain, and all extreme hardness applications can be handled by these special cutters. The secret is in the metallurgy of the actual cutting blades. In conjunction with the Swedish government and the Swedish Steel Industry, Tensor invested time and effort in testing and developing a special alloy that lends itself to the fabrication of cutting blades that are capable of shearing very hard steels without appreciable damage to the cutting blades themselves.
