Shipment Information
It is possible that when you place your order we may be out of stock on
one or more items. If this is the case, we will send you an e-mail
or call to let you know. We will provide an estimated ship date at
that time. Our policy is to only ship complete orders. If you
would prefer a partial shipment (This usually costs slightly more for
shipping), please let us know. Your credit card is never charged until
we are ready to ship your order. If we receive your order before 11:30
am USA Central Time, Monday - Friday, we will usually ship the same day
(assuming all items are in stock). Orders received after 11:30 am
are shipped the next business day. B. W. Darrah, Inc. observes the
usual USA holidays. When your order ships, we will send you an email
to notify you and provide you with any available tracking information.
When you place your order, you are able to choose among several
shipping methods. These include:
- UPS Ground Residential (USA only)
- UPS Ground Commercial (USA Business addresses only)
- UPS Canada Ground Standard (Canada only)
- UPS Next Day Air (USA only - most cities by 10:30 am)
- UPS 2nd Day Air (USA only - by end of 2nd day)
- FedEx Standard Overnight (USA only - most cities by 3:00 pm)
- UPS Worldwide Express (Any non-USA - as fast as possible)
- UPS Worldwide Expedited (Most non-USA - slower, but saves a bit)
Most USA customers will want to use UPS Ground (residential or
commercial) as that is usually the most economical. UPS Ground packages
usually take from 3-5 days to reach their destination. It is
possible to get more precise estimates at www.ups.com.
If you need your order quickly, we suggest that you call or email us (info@bwdarrah.com)
to check on stock availability and that you select one of the faster
shipping methods.
The shipping costs are estimated using the UPS and FedEx rate
calculators. If the actual cost is significantly different from the
estimate, we will contact you before finalizing your order.
- Note for International Customers:
- For International customers, we can also ship via the USA Postal
Service. These options and prices vary significantly for various
locations, so we are unable to automatically calculate them in the
Shopping Cart. If you would like to use an alternate shipping
method, please select "UPS Worldwide Express" so that the
shopping cart will let you check out and then include a note in the
"Special Instructions/Comments" box on the check out
form. We will contact you with shipping costs before finalizing
your order.
