Welcome to the home page for the West Chicago Garden Club. Our Garden
Club was originally founded in 1925 and was active for over 50 years... after lying
dormant for a while, we started blooming again in 1998!
Any who are interested in our club are welcome to come to our meetings to
"check us out". Please send us an email for more information at pdarrah@sprynet.com.
If you would like to see our monthly newsletters, please
see Who We Are - Newsletters.

Do you live in or near West Chicago? Do you enjoy gardening?
Why not join us?
Our meetings are informal and we use them as an opportunity to share our gardening
knowledge. We have guest speakers, a monthly newsletter, occasional field trips, and
enroll our members in the Garden Clubs of Illinois so that they can find out about
gardening related opportunities that are available throughout the region. Our volunteers
are involved in restoring the Kruse House garden. Every third year, we host a
Garden Walk - our next one will be in 2009. Membership is open to men and women. All of our
meetings are held in the evening. No expertise is required. (Our members range from
beginners to master gardeners...) More information on Membership is available on the Who we are page.
If it has been a while since you last visited us, take a look at the latest News.
