Photographs - Field Trip - June 2006
This was a mixed field trip. The problems began when the bus had a tire problem and we had to wait at a truck stop for a new bus! This made us late arriving at SongSparrow Farm. The very unhelpful staff there, refused to give us any kind of a tour or even to allow us to buy any plants. They lost many sales that day and probably many future sales. We then went on to a small forest preserve for our picnic lunch. After lunch we went to Northwind Perennials which is a very nice garden center with interesting gardens and stuff to buy.
